Sarah Gloria Angai is a human resources and organisational development professional with well over a decade of experience leading HR strategy, governance, and compliance functions for international development, humanitarian programmes and corporate organisations. She holds a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School, Italy, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi).

Her career has centred on building the structures that keep organisations accountable — from organisational design and performance management systems to budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and reporting frameworks that satisfy the standards of major institutional donors. She currently provides HR and organisational strategy advisory services to NGOs, startups, and corporate clients.

Sarah brings this same discipline and attention to detail to her role as Treasurer of the Cooperative, overseeing its financial records and upholding the accountability and transparency that members and partners can rely on.
