 KOSSHAK Samuel Sani is an ICT professional with over 12 years of experience in database administration, systems/Data analysis, software development, and network management. He holds an M.Sc. in Information Technology from the National Open University of Nigeria, 2017, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Jos, 2008. He is also CCNA certified and has professional trainings in Database Management and Application Development. He currently serving as an ICT Principal Officer with the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Nigeria where he has been working since 2013. Between 2019 and 2023, he was the Support Developer and Database Administrator for the National E-NHIS: Health Information System Business Automation Project. His core competences include Database Administration, Web, Mobile & Desktop Application Development and Network Administration. He is proficient in many technical development tools. He previously worked as a Network Administrator/ICT Manager at Abuja Capital International College, 2010–2013, and completed his NYSC in 2009 as a Teacher and HIV/AIDS Peer Educator Trainer in Borno State.

He was a Secretary General of Nigerian Association of Computer Science Students (NACOSS), University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria and current the Secretary General of Alpha Alpex Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited, Nigeria. A team player with high integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and a problem-solving mindset, he is committed to leveraging technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and service delivery.
