Overview of AAMCS

1.0 Cooperative Membership

These are members who subscribe to any of the products.

There are 2 types of Cooperative memberships

A. Shareholder Member

These are Board of Trustees (BOT) and Regular members who purchased shares and are legible for involvement of Investment Business, Savings & Loan, Cooperative App and IT services products businesses.

Any Member who registered under this membership is entitle to subscribe to any products.
These members enjoy all the dividends, benefits and profits made from all the products.
The BOT can decide to allocate any amount made from all the products to the investment businesses
The BOT can also allot any percentage % profits made from all the products to be added as part of the dividends.

B. Public Member

These are public members who are not shareholders but subscribe to other cooperative product and services like savings & loan and or MoneyBox products business. They enjoy benefits and profits made from these products only.

Members are only qualified to benefits and profits made from the product(s) they have subscribed to. Members must subscribe to products.

2.0 Shares Information

Share: A share is N1,000 per share

Shareholders: Types of Shareholders

BOT Shareholder Member

BOT Membership Registration – N5,000
BOT member buys at least 100 shares

Regular Shareholder Member

Member Registration – N2,000
Member buys at least 50 shares

3.0 Benefits

Whatever profit made from any product is divided into 2

Cooperative Benefit: 50% of profits is invested back into the business and cooperative administrative activities.
Member Benefit: 50% is shared among the share members in form of benefits, dividends or profits.

Customer benefits and enjoys robust and low interest rate of loan and desired product packages.

4.0 Cooperative Revenue & Profits Generation

The Cooperative will generate revenue and profits from the following:

Profits from the business investment (products, services, financial market and stock market)
Money (whole sales price) make from products bought directly from the vendors
Registrations (Members and Products)
Loan Interest
Opt-Out Interest
Sales of the Cooperative App and IT services
Traffic fund generated from the website (optional)
